What time will you be cleaning my home?
Our cleaning hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 am to 7:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. You may choose mornings or afternoons.
Do I need to be home?
It is not necessary to be home, in fact most of our customers prefer not to. Access can be provided by providing us with a temporary garage code, a key or a lock box.
How long does it take to clean a home?
An average home cleaning takes about five hours each time.
I had a bad experience with another cleaning person. How are you better?
We employ people with a testable experience and compensate them competitively. We believe in quality of work rather than quantity. Our people are not rushed and never squeeze in additional homes to clean. Their work is checked regularly. We like to have the same person servicing your home on regular basis making her responsible for the current cleaning and overall condition of the home.
