Briefly here's what we offer our clients: The following items are cleaned EVERY time and are part of our Basic Service

Bedrooms / Living Rooms / Family Rooms / Stairs / Hallways / Foyers

  • Dust door / window frames
  • Clean window sills
  • Dust /c lean mirrors / pictures
  • Dust paintings
  • Dust frames with delicate brush
  • Empty/ wash/ reline waste baskets
  • Empty/ clean ashtrays
  • Dust lamps / shades
  • Clean / polish furniture
  • Dust fan/ air conditioner vents/ light fixtures
  • Sweep and damp mop floors
  • Vacuum carpets throughout
  • Clean basebords and moldings
  • Wipe down woodwork
  • Clean and sanitize telephones
  • Clean TV screens

Bathrooms need special top to bottom attention

  • Clean sinks/ behind sinks
  • Clean/ polish fixtures /behind fixtures
  • Remove all items from counters and clean them
  • Clean bathtub / jacuzzi / shower and corresponding fixtures
  • Clean toilet / around toilet
  • Clean tile walls
  • Vacuum floors
  • Wash floors / baseboards
  • Clean bath mats outside.
  • Empty wastebaskets / change liners
  • Replace towels
  • Actively look for and eliminate mildew
  • Sanitize it all
The following items are part of basic service done periodically alternating with each other:
  • Detailed blind dusting
  • Refrigirator inside cleaning
  • Oven inside cleaning
  • Basement cleaning

Kitchens

  • Sanitize doorknobs and under cupboards handles
  • Wipe overhead fan / light fixtures
  • Wipe down kitchen cabinets
  • Wipe down kitchen table / chairs
  • Clean microwave oven inside and out
  • Clean exterior of range
  • Clean exterior and top of fridge
  • Clean dishes and palce them in dishwashwasher
  • Remove all items from kitchen counters
  • Clean kitchen counter
  • Clean/sanitize sink/behind sink
  • clean and polish faucets to shine
  • Look for and remove mold and mildew
  • Empty garbage
  • Remove chairs/rugs from kitchen
  • Dust/vacuum moldings/floor
  • Hand wash floor/moldings
  • Replace all items back

Most area rugs are moved to clean underneath. All items are removed from countertops and replaced later. We clean around AND UNDER furniture objects and decorations. Cleaning supplies are always carried in baskets to prevent spills. We don't walk over areas already cleaned.
